Most of the ranch is high fenced. It has an incredible house with 8 bedrooms, 1 service room, fulll kitchen and living area. It also has power, satellite wifi, TV, AC, a 75KW power generator etc - There is a cowboy's house and warehouse, as well as some deer pens that need a little work. Roads are very well maintained and the soil has that orange look to it in most areas. Again, the brush is absolutely phenomenal and with the right management, it will undoubtedly grow monsters. The ranch hasn't had cattle in approximately 15 years, and you can tell by how tall the grass is, which makes it ideal for fawn cover during summer months.
